They are responsible for:
- Ensuring every visitor, tenant, and colleague are greeted warmly, creating strong first impressions
- Keeping daily front-of-house activities running efficiently by using modern building technology and processes
- Representing the building’s brand, supporting a positive atmosphere, and help build a sense of community among tenants
- Being able to work closely with building managers, LAH management team and contractors to ensure a seamless service
- Bringing people together and add value to the tenant experience by coordinating activities, newsletter creations, events and promotions

Cover Receptionist
Our cover receptionists provide flexible, high-quality front-of-house support across multiple buildings. Stepping in to cover sickness, annual leave, or new sites while permanent recruitment is underway.

In this role, reliability and adaptability are essential. It is important to quickly understand each building’s processes, deliver an excellent service from day one, and maintain the same professional standards expected of the permanent team.
A cover receptionist should be organised, proactive, and possess a strong “can-do” attitude, ensuring seamless continuity of service no matter the location. It is essential that a mobile cover receptionist is able to combine professionalism with quick problem-solving and strong customer care to maintain smooth operations and uphold a consistent, positive experience for tenants, visitors, and colleagues across all sites.
